Upon your completion of the purchase of the LoanModACHIEVER® program, follow the program instructions which guide you step by step through the preparation and presentation of your modification. This dynamic modification program not only assists but qualifies you based on regularly updated federal and bank guidelines. It will take approximately 1 hour to follow the step by step instructions. Fill in your information, print and fax papers directly to your lender as well as keep a running log of all your correspondence with your lender. It also provides checks and balances of the data you entered.
While our LoanModACHIEVER® software is by far the most dynamic, self guided system available, there may come a point where you feel that working with your lender is far more time consuming than you anticipated. At any time, you may upgrade to our full service modification, and we will apply the cost of the LoanModACHIEVER® product towards the retainer fee of the full service attorney assisted loan modification platform.
